Buyer and seller safeguarding.
Our stationery items are well-priced, low-ticket items that cost more time, money and labour than their sale price to return. We want you to be happy with your purchase, thus we advise that you read the product description carefully and if you are unsure that the product will be to your liking, please purchase only one of that item.
Wrong items shipped
Purchases below 10 separate pieces in number (not including any special bundle offers) are eligible for compensation if it is proved that the wrong items were shipped.
In such a case, you will be contacted to likely suggest that you make a donation of the notebooks or greeting cards etc to a local charity or church in order that the items will bless others, help the community and in order that you may receive ‘full measure, shaken together, running over’ as the Bible describes (Luke 6:38). If that is not possible for you to do, you will be given the option to give the item away. The correct item will be shipped to you.
Damaged items
Care is taken to pack and deliver items in appropriate, stationery-protective packaging. In the unlikely event that anything goes wrong, please contact, with photographic evidence to assist with your customer support.
Delivery issues
To protect seller and buyers from delivery issues, our post system retains evidence of delivery.
